Ambassador Lucas intervenes in the open debate of the Security Council on “drug trafficking as a threat to international security”

The Permanent Representative of Luxembourg underlined the urgent need to respond to the serious challenges posed by the increasing links between drug trafficking, corruption and other forms of organized crime, including trafficking in humans, trafficking in firearms, cybercrime and money-laundering, including money-laundering in connection with the financing of terrorism.
