ECOSOC President, Ambassador Sylvie Lucas, opens the High-level Segment of the Economic and Social Council

The President of ECOSOC opened on Monday, July 6 2009, in Geneva the High-level Segment of the Economic and Social Council, and its Annual Ministerial Review on the issue of "Implementing the internationally agreed goals and commitments in regard to global public health".
