Luxembourg and Saint Lucia establish diplomatic relations

Mr. Jean Asselborn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Rufus George Bousquet, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saint Lucia, sign the Joint Communiqué by which Luxembourg and St. Lucia establish diplomatic relations as of 23 September 2009.
