Luxembourg and Suriname establish diplomatic relations

Ambassador Sylvie Lucas, Permanent Representative of Luxembourg to the United Nations, and Ambassador Henry Leonard Mac-Donald, Permanent Representative of Suriname to the United Nations, sign the Joint Communiqué by which Luxembourg and Suriname establish diplomatic relations as of 1 February 2010.
