Nationals of one of the member States of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia (as of July 1st 2013), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom.

The nationals of the member States of the agreement on the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) and the Swiss Confederation are assimilated to EU nationals.
